SPZ-trainer Adrie de Herdt conducted a Special Patrol Course for a specialised unit of the Surinamese Military.

At the first picture you see Adrie arriving. The second Adrie is tutoring instructors about SPZ selfdefense techniques. The third Adrie took off his soaken wet SPZ T-shirt because the 40 degrees Celsius temperature with an air humidity of almost 90% made sweat drip of his back like rain. The fourth you see SPZ-trainer Adrie de Herdt at an inhome swimming pool just relaxing and taking the best out of life after training the Surinamese Army Instructors. At the fifth picture you see Adrie taken a dive in a small local creek called the 'Cola Creek' to cool down.
